Community Guidelines
Version v1.0 · April 26, 2026
Mornate exists to bring people together through shared activities and moments. Whether you're coordinating a pickup game, planning a squad run, or just connecting with people who share your interests — you deserve a space where you feel safe and respected.
These guidelines define what is and isn't acceptable on Mornate. They apply to all content: messages, profiles, squad names, photos, voice messages, and any other content you share. By using Mornate, you agree to follow these rules.
We commit to reviewing all reports within 24 hours.
For severe violations, action is taken immediately.
Prohibited Content
The following content is never allowed on Mornate:
1. Harassment, Bullying & Threats
Targeting someone with insults, intimidation, or threats — including in private messages. This includes repeated unwanted contact and behavior designed to make someone feel unsafe.
2. Sexual Content & Nudity
Explicit sexual content, nudity, or sexually suggestive material of any kind. Mornate is a 13+ platform and this content is strictly prohibited everywhere on the app.
3. Violence & Self-Harm Promotion
Graphic violent content, threats of violence, or any content that encourages, glorifies, or provides instructions for self-harm or suicide.
4. Hate Speech
Content that attacks or demeans any person or group based on religion, race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
5. Spam & Deceptive Behavior
Automated or repetitive messages, fake accounts, impersonation, phishing links, scams, or any attempt to mislead other users.
6. Child Safety
Any content that exploits, endangers, or is inappropriate for minors. We have zero tolerance for this and will report it to law enforcement immediately.
7. Private Information Sharing
Sharing someone else's personal information without their consent — including phone numbers, home addresses, email addresses, or financial information ("doxxing").
8. Copyright Infringement
Sharing content you don't own the rights to without proper authorization. This includes music, images, videos, and written content.
9. Illegal Content
Any content that promotes or facilitates illegal activity, including drug sales, weapons trafficking, or fraud.
Your Responsibilities
Being part of the Mornate community means you play an active role in keeping it safe:
- Report it. If you see content that violates these guidelines, use the in-app Report button. Your report is anonymous.
- Block it. Block users who make you feel uncomfortable. Blocked users cannot contact you or view your profile.
- Don't retaliate. If someone is harassing you, report — don't respond with harassment of your own.
What Happens When Rules Are Broken
We review every report. Depending on the severity:
- Warning — First-time or minor violations may result in a warning and content removal.
- Temporary suspension — Repeated or serious violations result in account suspension.
- Permanent ban — Severe violations (child safety, threats, doxxing) result in immediate and permanent removal.
